Job summary

Busey Bank in Tulsa, OK seeks a Treasury Management Executive to drive treasury management and card fee income across an assigned client portfolio, while partnering with commercial relationship managers to win new business.

You will prepare pricing and profitability models, coordinate client reviews, manage RFPs and pitches, demonstrate TM solutions, and maintain CRM data to develop strategic account plans and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• 4-6 years Treasury Management and/or payment technology sales with quota achievement.
• CTP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of TM products and electronic banking platforms; knowledge of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell into an existing portfolio to drive treasury and card fee income and deposit growth.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to develop new business with prospective clients.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models, proposals and presentations for Treasury Management.
• Coordinate client reviews, RFPs, and contract negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data, develop account strategies and log client interactions.
• Demonstrate TM solutions and advise on products to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
