Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Executive to manage and pursue treasury management fee income, deposit growth, and product penetration across an assigned portfolio. The role involves cross-selling to clients and collaborating with commercial relationship managers.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business and have 4–6 years of related experience. Strong communication and sales skills are essential. Compensation includes a base salary between $65,000 and $85,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in Treasury Management and/or payment technology sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing quota.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cross-sell to existing Treasury Management clients.
• Develop new business with prospective clients.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models and proposals.
• Maintain client data in the CRM system.
