Job summary

The Treasury Management Portfolio Manager at Busey Bank in Bloomington, IL, will grow treasury management fee income, deposits and product penetration across an assigned client portfolio. You will qualify referrals, lead proposals and manage implementations for TM services.

Responsibilities include developing pricing and profitability models, presenting solutions, and coordinating with line-of-business partners to upsell new TM services while ensuring timely deployments and exceptional client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Finance or Business.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management experience and/or payment technology sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Results oriented with execution and closing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cross-sell into an existing Treasury Management client portfolio.
• Schedule and conduct client reviews; upsell TM services.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models and proposals.
• Identify merchant services opportunities and make referrals.
• Lead client onboarding from proposal to implementation.
• Coordinate with internal partners on referrals and contracts.
• Maintain CRM data and communicate complex solutions clearly.
• Represent Busey Bank professionally to clients and vendors.
