• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues and opportunity quantification with solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and professional platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
