Busey is seeking a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to drive TM fee income, deposit growth and product penetration within an existing client portfolio. You will lead client reviews, make referrals to related services and coordinate TM implementations.

The role requires strong communication, banking/treasury knowledge and solution selling expertise, with focus on service excellence and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management experience and/or payment technology sales helpful.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell Treasury Management services to an existing client portfolio.
• Schedule and lead client reviews and promote TM solutions.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate referrals to related services.
