Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to manage and pursue treasury management fee income, deposit growth and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of existing clients.

The role will also coordinate with line of business partners, conduct client reviews, prepare pricing and proposals, and guide treasury management implementations from proposal to go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business or related field.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management and/or payment tech sales.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell treasury management to existing clients.
• Schedule and lead client reviews.
• Prepare pricing models, proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with partners for referrals and implementations.
• Maintain CRM data and provide exceptional client service.
