Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant banking experience with strong commercial and customer service emphasis.
• Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services; risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Treasury Management Operations team.
• Oversee onboarding and implementations for Treasury Management clients.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and service level adherence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit expectations.
• Prepare management reports and escalate issues.
