Job summary

Busey seeks a Treasury Management Executive to drive treasury management fee income, deposits, and product penetration within an assigned client portfolio.

You will partner with commercial relationship managers to cultivate new business with prospective clients and schedule regular reviews, pricing models, and follow-ups to close opportunities. Strong TM product knowledge and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business.
• 4–6 years Treasury Management or payment technology sales with quota track record.
• CTP certification preferred.
• Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell treasury management, deposits, and product penetration in existing clients.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to develop new business with prospective clients.
• Schedule and attend client reviews and follow-ups and manage related activities.
• Prepare treasury and commercial card pricing/profitability models, proposals, and presentations.
• Identify merchant services opportunities and make referrals to FirsTech.
• Maintain CRM data, develop account strategies, and prioritize prospects/clients.
