Job summary

Luminate Bank seeks an experienced Treasury Management Officer to expand our Treasury offerings for business clients across Minnesota and nationwide. You will generate new treasury relationships, cross-sell cash management solutions, and partner with Commercial Bankers to deliver deposit, payments, and liquidity strategies.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in Treasury Management or related sales, deep knowledge of payments systems and fraud mitigation, and a proven ability to meet

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Commercial Banking sales.
• Strong understanding of commercial deposit products, payments systems (ACH/Wire), and fraud mitigation tools.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and build new Treasury Management relationships across Minnesota and nationally.
• Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers on joint calling efforts to strengthen client acquisition.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored treasury solutions including payments, receivables, liquidity, fraud mitigation, and digital banking services.
• Achieve assigned sales goals, pipeline expectations, and revenue targets.
