Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to develop new business, expand the treasury management client portfolio, and cross-sell treasury and other bank products.

You will analyze client needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with loan officers to grow relationships. The role requires 3–5 years in Treasury Management or related sales, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar.
• 3–5 years experience in Treasury Management Officer or sales.
• Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products/services.
• Thorough knowledge of banking products, policies and regulations.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline to hit goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work fast-paced.
• Ability to interact with diverse colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow the treasury management client portfolio.
• Cross-sell treasury and other bank products.
• Prepare presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Call on prospective customers to develop relationships.
• Provide training and consultative expertise to clients.
• Meet with top clients for annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws and bank policies.
