Job summary

First International Bank & Trust seeks a Senior Treasury Management Officer to grow commercial deposits and apply Treasury Management expertise in our Edina office.

You will lead pricing discussions, develop client relationships, and collaborate with relationship officers to expand opportunities. A strong background in Treasury Management and deposit products is required, with a focus on growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Minimum of seven years banking experience.
• Experience in Treasury Management, deposit growth, or online banking preferred.
• Ability to grow deposit balances and develop client relationships.
• Knowledge of deposit products, Treasury Management services, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow commercial deposit balances through targeted business development.
• Partner with relationship officers to expand opportunities.
• Manage and grow a Treasury Management portfolio.
• Recommend deposit structures and Treasury Management services based on client needs.
• Lead pricing discussions for deposits and Treasury Management products.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business development activity.
• Support new client onboarding with Treasury Management team.
• Stay current on Treasury Management products, fees, processing requirements, and policies.
