Job summary

Luminate Bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Officer to expand and deepen its treasury portfolio across Minnesota and beyond. The role focuses on generating new treasury relationships, cross-selling cash management solutions, and partnering with Commercial Bankers to deliver deposit, payments, and liquidity strategies for business clients.

The ideal candidate has Minnesota market know-how, excels at consultative selling, and is passionate about helping clients optimize cash flow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Commercial Banking sales experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial deposit products, payments systems, ACH/Wire processes, and fraud mitigation tools.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Minnesota for client and prospect meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and build new Treasury Management relationships across Minnesota and nationally.
• Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers on joint calling efforts to acquire and deepen clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored treasury solutions (payments, receivables, liquidity, fraud mitigation, digital banking).
• Achieve assigned sales goals, pipeline expectations, and revenue targets.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for Treasury products and services for clients and prospects.
• Lead onboarding for new Treasury clients with implementation, operations, and support teams.
• Train and support internal partners on Treasury offerings, pricing, and best practices.
