Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Consultant to grow revenue, deposits, and client relationships within a Commercial Banking portfolio. You will deliver customized treasury, liquidity, payments, and working capital solutions to optimize cash flow and reduce risk.

The role focuses on mid-market to large Commercial Banking clients, partnering with Relationship Managers and product specialists to expand wallet share and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking, treasury management, payments, cash management, or commercial banking experience.
• Proven consultative sales and business development experience.
• Ability to build, maintain, and expand client relationships.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market plans to achieve Treasury Management revenue and wallet share.
• Grow deposits and client relationships through proactive prospecting and joint calling.
• Maintain active sales pipeline from prospecting to implementation.
• Lead pricing discussions balancing client value with profitability.
• Educate relationship managers on Treasury Management products and trends.
• Deliver end-to-end client delivery from discovery through onboarding.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and risk teams to ensure compliant solutions.
