Job summary

Busey Bank in Tulsa, OK seeks a Treasury Management Executive to drive treasury management fee income, grow deposits and cross-sell products across an existing client portfolio, while collaborating with commercial relationship managers to win new business.

You will schedule client reviews, develop pricing models, coordinate RFPs and demonstrations, and work with partners to present solutions that improve efficiency and reduce risk for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business required.
• 4-6 years Treasury Management and/or payment technology sales with quota track record.
• CTP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of TM products, commercial payments and banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cross-sell into an existing portfolio of Treasury Management clients to drive treasury and card fee income, deposit growth and product penetration.
• Develop new business with prospective clients with commercial relationship managers.
• Schedule and attend sales calls, client reviews and follow-ups.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models, proposals, presentations and payment cycle reviews.
• Identify merchant services opportunities and coordinate referrals to FirsTech.
• Maintain CRM data and develop account strategies with partners.
• Communicate complex solutions clearly to clients and suggest value-added products.
• Coordinate RFPs, pitch books and contract negotiations with internal stakeholders.
