Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Executive II in Dallas, TX to lead new business development and grow the treasury management portfolio. You will cross-sell treasury, card and merchant services, coordinate pricing and proposals, and collaborate with relationship managers to win and expand client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in TM or payment technology sales, a finance/business bachelor’s degree, and CTP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and banking.
• Familiarity with electronic business banking platforms.
• Understanding of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development and drive fee income and deposits.
• Cross-sell within an existing TM client portfolio for treasury, card, and payments.
• Schedule and participate in sales calls and client reviews.
