Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Treasury Management Officer III to develop and cross-sell cash management and treasury services to sophisticated clients. You will manage end-to-end client experience from deal development to onboarding and ongoing service handoff, driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years’ treasury management sales/consulting or 14–16 years’ equivalent experience, with deep product knowledge and strong relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years’ treasury management sales/consulting or 14-16 years’ equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of product delivery systems and on-line banking platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Certified Cash Management (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and cross-sell to sophisticated clients needing cash management and deposit products.
• Prepare and deliver market, product, and pricing strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals.
• Own end‑to‑end client experience from deal development to onboarding and service handoff.
• Coordinate service support and assist team members with complex relationships and policy guidance.
• Lead sales presentations with cost/benefit analyses and profitability evaluations.
