Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in San Diego is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop market strategies and partner with Bankers, Client Service and Product teams.

You will lead strategic client dialogues, drive revenue growth, and oversee risk and profitability across your portfolio. This is a senior field role requiring strong sales and relationship skills in a financial services

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to source and grow treasury management business.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs and partners.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business reviews and engage industry solutions specialists for complex processes.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders, representing the client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
