Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Commercial Card Treasury Management Customer Experience Specialist II in the Detroit area. The role provides advanced support for Treasury Management products and services to commercial customers.

Responsibilities include resolving complex servicing issues, training customers on products, and mentoring junior specialists. A high school diploma and 3+ years of Treasury Management experience are required; knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of Treasury Management experience is required.
• Experience with training or educating customers on products is a plus.
• Ability to resolve complex servicing issues and provide proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex customer servicing problems.
• Prioritize service issues and ensure timely resolution to customer satisfaction.
• May provide training or education for customers on specific Treasury Management products.
• Serve as an internal resource for inquiries and guidance.
• Suggest process improvements for product and service workflows.
• Coordinate with other departments on policy or procedure interpretation.
• Mentor less experienced Treasury Management Customer Service Specialists.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
