Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementations and a positive client experience.

The role focuses on standard onboarding, training delivery, and resolving routine issues while building skills toward more complex treasury work.

Formación

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in banking operations or treasury support or related client service role.
• Experience with Business Banking or Commercial Banking clients (preferred).
• Familiarity with NACHA file formats and basic fraud prevention tools (preferred).
• Experience with treasury and banking platforms supporting ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking portals (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Execute standard onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions and resolve routine issues.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk and Product teams to deliver coordinated client solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
