Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Client Care Advisor Team Lead in Chicago to manage high-value clients and drive TM solutions. You will lead a team, analyze client data, and coordinate with Operations, Product, IT, and Sales to optimize TM offerings.

Responsibilities include risk-aware client service, mentoring junior advisors, and guiding implementation, incident management, and revenue growth across the TM suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience (Treasury Management products and services).
• 5+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio consisting of the top 10% revenue generating clients in the Commercial Division and serves as Treasury Management relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve client retention and deepen relationships.
• Manages escalations and mentors on-boarded Client Advisors.
• Assess client viability for additional TM services and bring opportunities to close or refer.
• Monitor OSAT and ensure timely responses within SLAs.
