Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Solution Center - Branch Sales Manager to lead the Treasury Management sales group within the Consumer and Regional Bank segment. You will drive growth, cross-sell services, and partner with internal teams to expand wallet share among business clients.

You will mentor Sales Advisors, manage relationships with large customers, and represent Huntington in industry groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience selling or servicing in Banking or Treasury Management.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Treasury Management.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Sales Advisors to meet goals.
• Responsible for sales prospecting, pricing, structuring, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain profitable cash management relationships with large customers.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales results and ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with business units to drive strategy across regions.
• Lead the Challenger Sales approach and build a high-performance culture.
• Coordinate activities with colleagues across regions and segments.
• Represent Huntington in industry groups related to Treasury Management.
