Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years of management experience in Banking or Treasury Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record in sales strategy and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies with the Sales Director to meet Treasury Management goals.
• Lead, mentor, and communicate direction to Sales Advisors to drive performance.
• Oversee sales prospecting, pricing, structuring, and customer proposals for key clients.
• Build and maintain profitable cash management relationships with large, complex customers.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales results and ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
