Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management - Branch Sales Manager to lead the Treasury Management sales group within Consumer and Regional Bank. You will drive growth, mentor a team of sales professionals, and build executive relationships with large clients across various regions and COIs.

The role emphasizes cross-sell of bank services, pricing strategy, and maintaining strong product knowledge while coordinating with internal partners to achieve wallet share goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in banking or treasury management sales/servicing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategy and lead a sales team.
• Strong product knowledge in treasury management and risk/compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Treasury Management in the assigned region.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Sales Advisors to meet Treasury Management goals.
• Manage prospecting, pricing, structuring, and customer proposals for new and existing relationships.
• Build profitable relationships with large/complex customers and monitor weekly/monthly sales results.
• Coordinate with business partners across products and segments and lead risk/compliance trainings.

DescriptionSummary:The Treasury Management Solution Center - Branch Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Treasury Management sales group in the Consumer and Regional Bank segment. Responsible for executing a defined growth strategy for the respective segment. Cross sells bank services and acts as a liaison between various internal bank divisions and/or segments. Provides effective sales management and leadership in an effort to motivate, develop and support a team of sales professionals to generate new Treasury Management relationships and gain larger wallet share of existing relationships within the business segment. Develops strong internal partnerships and leverage for sales success. Maintains a high level of product knowledge and service. Effectively uses all tools to acquire new relationships as well as deepen existing relationships.Duties and Responsibilities:Work with the Sales Director and/or Sales Manager in the development of a sales strategy for the respective area of responsibility while ensuring the execution of the strategy.Provide leadership; mentorship; and communicating direction and group strategy to the Sales Advisors in order to meet established Treasury Management goals.Responsible for sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, and customer proposals.Develop and maintain profitable and quality cash management relationships with the largest and most complex customers.Maintain and manage to weekly and monthly sales results and ensure the timely entering of weekly data and monitor for accuracyExecute a partnership plan with all business partners across and products and the segment.Demonstrate execution, management, and coaching of the Challenger Sales Approach.Spearhead the building and leading of a high-performance sales culture within the Region.Completes all ACH, RDC, Wire and Special Pricing renewals in a timely manner to zero customer impact and delinquency.Responsible for the Region's risk and compliance training and acknowledgements prior to scheduled completion date.This role will interact with various senior leaders internally and externally. Internally this role will be responsible for coordinating activities with colleagues across multiple regions and job families.
