Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Treasury Management Associate to serve as the primary client contact for treasury products, manage inquiries, and coordinate issue resolution across bank departments to ensure timely follow-up.

You will assist onboarding, provide training, and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Operations to deliver seamless client support while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a remote, contract role offering paid benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Experience with ERP platforms and SAP systems.
• Understanding of treasury management services, ACH, wire transfers, RDC, and cash management solutions.
• Experience working in a regulated banking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Title: Treasury Management Associate

Position type: Full Time – Contract

Duration: 12 + Months

Location: Remote

Treasury Management Associate, You will:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone and electronic communication regarding treasury management products, services, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Research, analyze, and resolve client problems while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding current and future business needs and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal bank departments to coordinate issue resolution and service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation activities to ensure operational arrangements and required documentation are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Account Officers, Operations, and Product teams to provide seamless client support.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions, webinars, and conference calls for clients regarding treasury management products and services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand new product offerings, enhancements, and system updates.
• Provide feedback to improve client training materials, user guides, and service delivery methodologies.
• Monitor client satisfaction and recommend process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, procedures, and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.

• Understanding of treasury management services, ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and cash management solutions.
• Experience working in a regulated banking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $25/hr to $32/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
