Job summary

Innova Solutions Inc. is seeking a Treasury Management Associate for a full-time contract role (12+ months) with remote work.

You will serve as the primary client contact for treasury products, resolve issues, onboard clients, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates have knowledge of accounting principles, experience with ERP/SAP systems, and familiarity with ACH, wire transfers, and cash management solutions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of treasury management services, ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and cash management solutions.
• Experience working in a regulated banking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone and electronic communication regarding treasury management products, services, inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Research, analyze, and resolve client problems while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding current and future business needs and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal bank departments to coordinate issue resolution and service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation activities to ensure operational arrangements and required documentation are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Account Officers, Operations, and Product teams to provide seamless client support.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions, webinars, and conference calls for clients regarding treasury management products and services.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand new product offerings, enhancements, and system updates.
• Provide feedback to improve client training materials, user guides, and service delivery methodologies.
• Monitor client satisfaction and recommend process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, procedures, and industry standards.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: $25/hr to $32/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
