Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Teller Insight Facilitator to lead training for branch staff in Los Angeles/Orange County areas. The role focuses on Teller Insight adoption, system navigation, and admin functionality, ensuring accurate teller operations and compliance.

You will deliver hands-on sessions, assess understanding, and support system implementations across multiple branches, with travel as needed. This is a full-time contract position offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training programs within retail banking or branch operations environments.
• Hands-on experience with IBS Teller, Teller Insight, branch banking platforms, or transaction processing applications.
• Strong knowledge of teller operations, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash management processes.
• Experience training employees on banking systems, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Understanding of banking compliance, security controls, privacy requirements, and customer data protection standards.
• Experience supporting cash balancing, vault operations, and branch cash handling procedures.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or change management initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom training skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training documentation development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver Teller Insight training sessions for branch colleagues and new hires.
• Introduce users to Teller Insight, its purpose, functionality, and role in daily teller operations.
• Provide hands-on instruction for system navigation, user access, and commonly used features.
• Train Client Managers and Client Officers on Teller Insight Admin functionality, including profile creation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate and support processing of common teller transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Guide users on accessing, verifying, and maintaining customer and account information.
• Educate colleagues on security protocols, identification requirements, transaction controls, and privacy regulations.
• Demonstrate error correction, transaction reversals, escalation procedures, and issue resolution processes.
• Conduct hands-on exercises and practice scenarios within training environments.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance and identify appropriate support resources for technical and operational issues.
• Evaluate participant understanding through knowledge checks and practical assessments.
• Support IBS Teller/Teller Insight system implementations, enhancements, and adoption initiatives across branch locations.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Teller Insight Facilitator

Position Type: Fulltime /Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Los Angeles, CA / Orange County OR Irvine, CA – 4 days onsite

As a Teller Insight Facilitator, you will:

• Facilitate and deliver Teller Insight training sessions for branch colleagues and new hires.
• Introduce users to Teller Insight, its purpose, functionality, and role in daily teller operations.
• Provide hands‑on instruction for system navigation, user access, and commonly used features.
• Train Client Managers and Client Officers on Teller Insight Admin functionality, including profile creation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate and support processing of common teller transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Guide users on accessing, verifying, and maintaining customer and account information.
• Train branch staff on cash handling, balancing procedures, and cash dispensing/input processes utilizing TCD/TCR systems where applicable.
• Educate colleagues on security protocols, identification requirements, transaction controls, and privacy regulations.
• Demonstrate error correction, transaction reversals, escalation procedures, and issue resolution processes.
• Conduct hands‑on exercises and practice scenarios within training environments.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance and identify appropriate support resources for technical and operational issues.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Pay Range

Pay Range*: Between $35 -$40 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
