Job summary

Farmers State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day processing, administration, and servicing of Treasury Management and electronic banking products for business customers. You will handle account maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering knowledgeable customer service.

Responsibilities include processing ACH and wire transfers, Positive Pay, remote deposit capture, mobile and online banking services, and daily operational maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years banking/operations experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and support Treasury Management products and services for business and commercial customers within established timeframes.
• Provide operational support for ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, mobile banking, eAlerts, online banking, bill payment and other Treasury Management services.
• Maintain daily operational accuracy and documentation; review activity for exceptions and follow up as needed.
• Escalate complex issues and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain customer service standards and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
