Job summary

The Farmer's Bank in Indiana seeks a Treasury Management (TM) support specialist to assist in customer service and operational tasks for TM products. You will help onboarding, maintenance, and setup of TM services, including account analysis and new agreements for online banking.

You will also handle TM transactions, prepare periodic reviews, and provide reporting support, while assisting TM Sales Officers and Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and maintenance of TM customers.
• Setup TM products/services including account analysis.
• Maintain customer files and prepare new legal agreements for online banking.
• Provide customer service related to temporary limit increases on TM service transactions.
• Research, compile data and prepare periodic reviews for TM customers.
• Archive and index completed forms into image system.
• Account opening of new business deposit accounts for TM customers.
• Process TM transactions such as funds transfers, deposits, wires, and debit card increases.
• Handle incoming telephone support for TM customers.
• Provide back-up to Merchant Services.

Responsibilities
