Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide client support for Treasury Management products and services including calls and coordinating with TM Fulfillment.
• Assist TM Support Specialist 3 or TMS Management with new product implementation and training.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of TM products, services, and systems, including releases and enhancements.
• Document internal and external requests (CRM events) and manage service requests.
• Back up other department responsibilities and assist with projects as assigned.
