Job summary

First State Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to support our Treasury Management products and services. You will act as a primary contact for customers and staff, assisting with onboarding, setup, and ongoing support for offerings such as ACH, wires, lockbox, and cash management services.

The role emphasizes risk reviews, regulatory compliance, collaboration with fraud and operations teams, and producing reports for audits and board reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for Treasury Management support, assisting customers and internal employees via phone and email.
• Support onboarding and implementation of Treasury Management products and services, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process Treasury Management requests, cases, and transactions (including lockbox and payment services), while performing risk reviews, monitoring activity, and escalating complex or high-risk issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Fraud, Deposit Operations, Credit Analysts) and officers to support product setup, approvals, risk management, internal audits, regulatory compliance efforts and vendor management.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to Treasury Management risk, operational activity, and board reporting; assist with internal audits, regulatory exams, policy updates, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with bank standards and industry regulations (e.g., NACHA).
• Provide additional support as needed, including in-person customer assistance, employee/customer training, presentations, community or business development activities, and ongoing merchant services and client support.
