Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of client delivery specialists with guidance, performance feedback, and development support.
• Oversee daily client delivery activities, triage service-related issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Implement policies, procedures, and operational strategies while promoting adherence across the team.
• Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent service delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of high-profile client and internal accounts, including setup and maintenance.
• Develop treasury management product expertise to support team members, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate treasury management solutions delivery.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities affecting client delivery operations.
