Associated Bank seeks a Client Delivery Supervisor - Commercial Deposits to lead a team delivering onboarding and treasury management services for commercial clients. You will coach staff, oversee daily activities, ensure adherence to procedures, and maintain high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating policies, updating procedures, managing a portfolio of accounts, and building treasury product knowledge to support clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of treasury management client delivery or related banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to drive if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists with ongoing guidance and development support.
• Oversee daily client delivery activities and triage service-related issues for timely resolution.
• Support policy implementation and operational strategies to ensure adherence across the team.
• Maintain and update procedures to support consistent service delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of high-profile client and internal accounts, including setup and maintenance.
• Develop treasury management product knowledge to support team, clients, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement and service treasury solutions.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities.
