Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists, providing ongoing guidance and development feedback.
• Oversee daily client delivery activities and triage service-related issues for timely resolution.
• Support the implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies across the team.
• Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent service delivery.
• Manage a select portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts, including account setup and maintenance.
• Develop expertise in treasury management products and services to support team members, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities affecting client delivery operations.
