Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Client Delivery Supervisor – Commercial Deposits in Minnesota. You will lead a team delivering treasury management onboarding and deposit services, while coaching staff and ensuring adherence to procedures.

You will oversee daily activities, handle high-profile accounts, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement treasury solutions, upgrades, and acquisitions. A degree in business/finance and 3+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists, providing ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
• Oversee daily client delivery activities, triage service-related issues, and help ensure timely, accurate resolution of requests.
• Support the implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies while promoting adherence across the team.
• Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a select portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts, including account setup and maintenance activities.
• Develop expertise in treasury management products and services to effectively support team members, clients, and business partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities impacting client delivery operations.
