Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Client Delivery Supervisor – Commercial Deposits to lead a team delivering treasury management and deposit onboarding services. You will coach staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure adherence to procedures while supporting client and internal partners.

The role requires an Associate degree in Business/Finance and 3+ years in treasury management client delivery or banking operations, with strong deposit operations knowledge and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists with ongoing guidance and development.
• Oversee daily client delivery activities and triage service-related issues for timely resolution.
• Support policies, procedures, and operational strategies to ensure adherence and efficiency.
• Maintain and update procedures to support consistent service delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of key client and internal accounts, including setup and maintenance.
• Develop expertise in treasury management products to support team, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and service treasury solutions.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities.
