• 3+ years in treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of client delivery specialists with ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily client delivery activities and triage service-related issues for timely resolution.
• Promote adherence to policies, procedures, and operational strategies across the team.
• Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent service delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts, including onboarding and maintenance.
• Develop treasury management expertise to support team members, clients, and business partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate treasury management solutions implementation and servicing.
• Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations and acquisition-related activities affecting client delivery operations.
