Job summary

The Treasury Delivery Specialist I will function in a dynamic capacity to support Treasury Solutions Officers in onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships. This role identifies cross-selling opportunities and collaborates with bank partners to meet client needs.

Engage with customers using various channels, maintain documentation, and drive service excellence while contributing to profitability and strong client satisfaction across Treasury services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Face to face, phone, and/or email customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and fosters a trusting relationship with Treasury Solutions Officers and related teams.
• Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, Wires, and Bill Pay.
• Resolves operational issues with Treasury products to customers' satisfaction.
• Escalates issues as encountered.
• Ensures accurate documentation and billing for Treasury products.
