Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships across Martin County and the Treasure Coast.

This outside sales role focuses on identifying opportunities with commercial and industrial clients and promoting Waste Pro's waste collection and recycling services. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales/marketing/business development experience in Waste Services.
• 1+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Ability to apply consultative and solutions-based selling skills.
• Knowledge of the Waste Industry, competitors, and external forces.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Martin County/Treasure Coast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales revenue within the Martin County territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with commercial customers.
• Prepare competitive proposals and close new business contracts.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure service levels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast revenue.
• Represent Waste Pro professionally to owners and community leaders.
