Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial and industrial customer base in Northern Broward County, including Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, Coconut Creek, and Margate.

You will develop new business, build client relationships, and promote Waste Pro's waste collection and recycling services. The role requires proven outside sales success, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales

Formación

• AS/BA/BS degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of sales/marketing/business development in waste services.
• Progressive sales experience with ability to close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow sales revenue within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and activity targets.
• Identify prospects via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Promote Waste Pro services by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
• Build relationships to support retention and contract renewals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts.
