Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow our customer base across Martin County and the Treasure Coast in Florida. This role focuses on identifying new commercial and industrial opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Waste Pro's waste collection and recycling services.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to generate leads and close deals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales/marketing/business development experience within the Waste Services Industry with emphasis on Commercial Sales.
• 1+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Demonstrated consultative and solutions-based selling skills.
• Knowledge of the Waste Industry, competitors, and external forces influencing buying decisions.
• Willingness for extensive travel within a defined sales area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales revenue within Martin County by identifying new opportunities and building relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, targets, and activity expectations.
• Identify prospective commercial and industrial customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Promote Waste Pro's services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business contracts.
