Job summary

Crossover is hiring for Alpha to place Youth Development Specialists across the United States. You will relocate every one to three months to new campuses, run one-hour life skills workshops, and coach students toward weekly targets using Coachbot analytics. Accommodation is booked and paid for at each posting, and you earn a flat $120,000 USD per year.

This is a full-time W2 role with benefits. You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of work with K-8 students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willing to relocate across the US for postings every 1–3 months.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.

Responsibilities

• Hold student outcomes at full standard across campuses.
• Lead 1-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics.
• Administer and score assessments to prove progress.
