Pacific Office Automation Inc. seeks a Wide Format Service Technician to support customers nationwide from a home-based role with approximately 50% travel, primarily across the Central and Eastern regions of the United States.

This role involves installing, repairing, and training on production print equipment, with emphasis on Canon wide format systems and Onyx RIP workflows, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of field service experience.
• Experience servicing wide format equipment.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time across Central and Eastern regions.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and onsite technical support to customers.
• Diagnose, repair, upgrade, and maintain production print equipment.
• Install, deinstall, relocate equipment and train operators.
• Coordinate upcoming installations and confirm site readiness.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Support sales with technical evaluations.
• Travel as required, primarily in Central and Eastern U.S.
