Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on training and supervising new personnel. The role involves significant travel (80%) and close collaboration with management to meet daily production goals.

The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain or related field, strong leadership, and experience with warehouse systems. A bachelor’s degree and bilingual ability are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1-5 years warehouse experience
• 80% travel required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in building set-up and maintenance of facilities
• System and process training
• Develops shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals
• Provide direct supervision to warehouse personnel
• Ensure equipment is utilized efficiently
• Travel to other warehouses and participate in meetings
