Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise staff, and drive daily production goals. The role emphasizes staffing, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in supply chain or related field (or 1–5 years supervisory experience) and be proficient with Manhattan WMS, Microsoft Office, and OSHA/DOT/HazMat regulations, with bilingual ability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Experience with or knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel to match skills to work needs.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
• Drafts daily end-of-shift reports and collaborates on improvement programs.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to staff.
