Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse activities and lead a team toward efficient, safe operations. You will supervise personnel, schedule shipments, and ensure high productivity while meeting daily goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years supervisory experience, familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred), and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel and allocate work to meet daily goals.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain equipment usage and coordinate maintenance.
• Lead safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and performance reviews.
• Develop programs for training and onboarding of staff.
