Gentle Dental Northpointe is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance, including presenting plans and financial options. The role travels across Seattle-area offices, ensuring a seamless patient experience and strong provider relationships.

As a full-time team member, you will collaborate with doctors and staff to deliver a positive, patient-first experience and help patients move forward with their care. Signing bonus is included.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs with patients preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss financial information clearly and compassionately.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel to surrounding Seattle-area offices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
