Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, presenting plans and financial options, and ensuring a seamless care journey. You will collaborate with doctors and clinical teams to deliver a comfortable patient experience and maintain accurate records across multiple Seattle area offices.

This is a full-time role with a $24–$29 per hour wage, a $1,500 signing bonus, and opportunities to grow within a respected

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs with patients is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss financial information confidently, clearly, and compassionately.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Present recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and available financial and payment options with patients.
• Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions about their care.
• Build trust and strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and follow-through.
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps.
• Partner with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
• Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations in the Seattle area to support our practices and patients.
• Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience.
