Job summary

Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The role travels to surrounding Seattle-area offices, guiding patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance and helping them understand financial options.

This full-time position offers a $24–$29/hour pay range (DOE) and includes a $1,500 signing bonus. You will collaborate with doctors, clinical teams, and leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience from the initial

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs with patients is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss financial information clearly and compassionately.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to surrounding Seattle-area offices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients.
• Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions.
• Build trust and relationships with patients through communication and follow-through.
• Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations to support practices and patients.
• Partner with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
