Job summary
Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis through acceptance, presenting treatment plans and financial options. The role requires travel to Seattle-area offices to support practices and patients, delivering a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
We offer a full-time position with a signing bonus and competitive hourly pay ($24-$29 DOE) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs with patients is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to discuss financial information clearly and compassionately.
- Excellent organization and follow-through; comfortable with practice management systems.
Responsibilities
- Present recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
- Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options.
- Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions.
- Build trust and strong relationships with patients through communication.
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps.
- Partner with doctors and clinical teams to support acceptance and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
- Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations in the Seattle area.
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience.
