Job summary

Gentle Dental Northpointe in the Seattle area seeks a patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance, explaining treatment plans and financing options with clarity and compassion.

You will collaborate with doctors, clinical teams, and office leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience, travel to nearby Gentle Dental offices, and help patients move confidently toward care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to Seattle-area Gentle Dental offices.

Responsibilities

• Present recommended treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and available financial options with patients.
• Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions about their care.
• Build trust and strong relationships with patients through excellent communication and follow-through.
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and next steps.
• Partner with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
• Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations in the Seattle area to support our practices and patients.
